Qualifications & professional standing

Credentials that should be easy for referral sources to verify.

The practice is committed to clear disclosure of evaluator qualifications, licensure, role, relevant experience, and any limits that affect an engagement.

Professional qualifications

For each solicitation or referral, the practice can provide a current curriculum vitae or résumé, license verification information, relevant training history, professional affiliations, and a concise description of experience that aligns with the requested scope.

Licensure and scope

Services are accepted only where the requested work is within the evaluator’s current licensure, competence, legal authority, and available capacity. Referral sources should verify licensing and disciplinary information through the appropriate state licensing board before engagement.

Experience alignment

Qualifications are matched to the particular referral rather than presented as a blanket credential. If a matter requires specialized expertise, language access, geographic authority, or a service outside the practice’s scope, the practice will address that fit question before accepting the matter.
